Jake Borden
Founder & Managing Principal
Jake Borden is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Katherine Acre Partners, where he leads the firm’s development strategy, overseeing entitlement, deal structuring, construction/project management, and asset management from project inception through stabilization.
Prior to co-founding Katherine Acre, Jake founded Six Acre Capital in 2020, where he led more than $100 million of real estate investments focused on mixed-use, multifamily, and transit-oriented developments throughout the New York and Philadelphia metropolitan areas.
Previously, Jake was a Vice President at Churchill Real Estate Holdings, managing the development of large-scale residential and commercial projects in Manhattan. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Global Real Assets group at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he focused on asset management and acquisitions across a multibillion-dollar institutional real estate portfolio.
Over the course of his career, Jake has participated in more than $4 billion of debt and equity transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and resides in Port Chester, New York, where he is committed to creating projects that strengthen the community he calls home.
Nick Williams
Founder & Managing Principal
Nick Williams is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Katherine Acre Partners, where he oversees deal sourcing, business development, capital formation, and investor relations. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of St. Katherine Group, a Port Chester-based real estate development firm recognized for its thoughtful, community-focused approach to development.
After nearly two decades in finance, Nick transitioned to real estate with a vision of creating projects that strengthen neighborhoods while delivering lasting value to investors and stakeholders. His entrepreneurial mindset, strategic leadership, and ability to cultivate long-term relationships have resulted in numerous successful partnerships and have been instrumental in the growth of both St. Katherine Group and Katherine Acre Partners.
Known for his energy, optimism, and collaborative approach, Nick is committed to responsible development that enhances the communities in which his firms invest and build.
Cully Moore
Vice President - Acquisitions & Research
Colvert Moore oversees Katherine Acre Partners' acquisitions and research efforts, supporting investment strategy, underwriting, and pipeline execution. He joined St. Katherine Group in 2021 after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics.
Since joining the firm, Colvert has played an integral role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, developing financial models, conducting market research, and underwriting prospective investments. He also supports the day-to-day execution of the firm's development pipeline, helping guide projects from acquisition through planning and implementation.
